Return Policy

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return your item, Organic Tagua Jewelry offers a 30 day refund guarantee minus the cost of return shipping. The initial $4.99 shipping cost (if applicable) will not be refunded. Please notify us at orders@organictaguajewelry.com of any item being returned. All documents must accompany the item being returned. The returned package must be postmarked within 30 days, starting on the day the item was received to insure credit.

Refunds: A refund will be issued on receipt of the returned inventory. Customer service will contact you to issue a credit.
